A pre-op appointment with Dr. Palmquist reviews your health history and includes a simple physical to confirm safety. Certain conditions typically rule sedation out in our office:
- Sleep apnea
- COPD
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- Uncontrolled blood pressure
- Other conditions with adverse-reaction risk
We'd rather refer you to a hospital-based setting than take a risk that isn't yours to accept.
