About dental implants
Titanium that becomes part of you.
Implants are pure titanium fixtures embedded into the bone where a tooth used to live. Over four to eight months, the bone ankyloses into the threads of the implant — a process called osseointegration — and the implant becomes rigidly anchored, essentially becoming part of your jaw.
Once healed, we uncover the implant and screw a custom, implant-retained crown internally into the post. The fully restored implant looks and acts like a tooth — almost like it was never gone.

Types of implants we offer
One tooth or a whole arch — we handle it.
Whatever the situation, there's an implant solution. Here's the range of options we place and restore in our Watertown office.
Single-tooth implants
Replace one missing tooth with a titanium post and a custom crown that looks and functions like the original.
Multi-tooth implants
Two or more implants working together to restore several missing teeth without touching the healthy ones next door.
Full-mouth implants
Full-arch restorations that give you a permanent, stable smile — top, bottom, or both.
Immediate implants
Extract and place in the same visit when conditions allow — saves 4–6 months of healing and preserves your natural gum profile.
Implant-retained dentures
Lock your denture onto 2–6 implants so it stops moving when you eat, talk, or laugh.
Implant-supported bridges
Bridge a wider gap with implants anchoring both ends — no reduction of neighboring teeth required.
How implants are placed
Every step, walked through with you.
No surprises. Here's what to expect from your first consultation to the day we cement your final crown.
A thorough consultation & 3D plan
Every implant starts with a full dental exam and health-history review. Certain medications, diabetes, smoking, or vaping can reduce implant success — we'll talk through it all up front. Then we take a 3D digital scan of the implant site to size the implant precisely and preview the plan with you before we ever start.
- Full exam and medical history review
- 3D digital imaging of the implant site
- Digital treatment preview you can see
- Honest discussion of success factors and risks
Dentures we offer
A denture solution for every situation.
Not everyone is a candidate for full-arch implants — and not everyone needs them. We make and repair a full range of dentures in-house, and can pair them with implants when you want extra stability.
Talk to us about options3D-guided placement
We plan the implant digitally before we ever pick up a drill.
A high-resolution 3D scan tells us exactly where the bone is thickest, where the nerves and sinuses run, and what size implant will give you the longest, most predictable result. You see the plan on screen before we begin — no guesswork.
