Dental insurance, made simple.
We're in-network with Delta Dental of South Dakota and UnitedHealthcare — and we file claims for most major PPO plans. Bring your card and we'll handle the rest.
In-network providers
Two of the biggest carriers — covered.
Being in-network means lower out-of-pocket costs and predictable coverage on preventative and restorative care.
Plans we file
We accept most major PPO plans.
Even if we're not in-network, we'll file your claim and help you understand your out-of-network benefits. Don't see yours? Call us — the list isn't exhaustive.
How it works
From card to chair — we do the heavy lifting.
Send us your info
Share your plan name, member ID, and group number — by phone, text, or contact form.
We verify benefits
We call your carrier and pull your coverage, deductibles, and remaining maximum.
You get an estimate
Before any treatment, you'll see a written estimate of what insurance covers and what you'll owe.
We file the claim
You focus on your smile — we handle the paperwork and follow up with your carrier.
Our philosophy
Your health drives the plan — not your policy.
Dental insurance is a benefit — not a blueprint for good care. Policies are designed to cover minimum necessary treatment, and coverage limits change every year.
We'll always recommend what's best for your long-term oral health, show you every option and every fee up front, and help you use your benefits to their fullest. You decide what's right for you.

Still not sure how your plan works with us? Call and we'll walk you through it.
Browse all FAQsWe're in-network with Delta Dental of South Dakota and UnitedHealthcare. We also file claims for most major PPO plans (Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, BCBS, and more). If you don't see your plan listed, call us — we may still be able to bill them.
Most PPO plans still have out-of-network benefits. We'll file the claim, help you understand your coverage, and give you a clear estimate up front. Many patients pay very little more out-of-network than in-network.
We do not currently accept Delta Wellness, MCNA, or any state-sponsored insurances. If you have questions, call the office — we're happy to point you toward a provider who does.
Dental insurance is designed to cover minimal necessary care — not always the standard of care that protects your long-term oral health. We'll always show you every option and every fee before treatment so you can decide what's right for you.
We offer transparent self-pay pricing plus financing through CareCredit and Affirm. Ask about our in-house membership plan for preventative care.
