With good hygiene, decades — often for life. The crown on top may need replacement after 15–20 years, but the implant itself is remarkably durable.
Most healthy adults with enough bone are. We use 3D imaging to plan every case and will tell you honestly if a bone graft or alternative is a better path.
Typically 3–6 months from placement to final crown, allowing time for the implant to fuse with bone. Some cases qualify for same-day temporary teeth.
No — professional whitening is safe when done correctly. Some patients get temporary sensitivity, which resolves within a day or two.
